Shipping and Fulfillment

Most orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days. During peak order periods, it may take up to 7 business days for orders to ship. Shipping rates are calculated from the carriers based on your location and choice of shipping method. A handling fee of $2.50 is applied to every order that includes a physical item to be shipped.

Here are the shipping times for each shipping method we offer:

  • Overnight: next day delivery in the US

  • Express: 1-3 business days in the US, Canada, and internationally

  • Standard: 3-5 business days in the US and internationally, 3-6 days in Canada

  • Economy: 5-8 business days in the US, 6-12 days in Canada, 5-10 days internationally

  • No rush: 10-20 business days internationally

  • Flat rate: 5-8 business days in the US, 6-12 days in Canada, 5-20 days internationally
